THE OPENINGS

Graphic Designer

You’ll work on a variety of digital design projects for a wide range of businesses. These design pieces will range from share-worthy social media images, visuals and illustrations to enhance the content published to our client’s blogs, eBook designs, advertisements, infographics, and a variety of other tasks that will test your creativity and ability to turn around high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

All applicants must be able to work in the London office, this is not a remote position.

General Responsibilities:
- Create original concepts based on client feedback and direction
- Implement edits provided by client
- Take direction from account manager on client needs
- Communicate directly with clients on an as-needed basis
- Manage all project and provide updates when asked on each piece


REQUIREMENTS
  • Have 2+ years prior experience in a graphic design role
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related fields
  • Can present a portfolio that demonstrates a varied Proven abilities to work with Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity within a small team and takes initiative
  • Comfortable project managing and working independently to achieve main responsibilities
  • Detail-orientated and exceptional organization skills

Social Media Marketer

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns for our clients, using assigned strategies. These social media strategies will be published across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and forums.

General Responsibilities:
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content for multiple clients. Content may include original text, links, images, or video that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Follow and execute multiple clients’ social media strategy
- Create distribution plans for each piece of content based on client needs and objectives
- Analyze and compile data to create monthly social media reports for each client
- Take learnings from analytics and apply them to daily practice. Provide suggestions and insight into alternative tactics in order to nest optimizer client spend.
- Collaborate with the team to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate action regarding social media
- Ensure that all communication with client and within team is effective and streamlined


REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years experience with managing social media platforms
  • Experience working with several different clients preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze data and act on the findings

We are looking for an experienced manager who is comfortable building relationships with third party vendors, likes working with a wide range of industries, and providing high-quality service to clients by helping them achieve their business goals through promoting their content on websites, forums and social media alike, this is the position for you.

All applicants must be able to work in our London office.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to promote clients
- Identify and compile meaningful campaigns that fulfill requirements for both parties
- Establish and nurture these relationships long-term
- Report and analyze on all relevant tasks
- Understand and leverage data to form strategies to help clients meet goals


REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications or related field
  • Experience creating and implementing outreach strategy for customer’s
  • Experience in identifying relevant promotional opportunities via guest posts, social media, forums, and other media outlets
  • Experience in managing client expectations and relationships
  • Management of project timelines
  • Native English Speaker
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Ability to time manage, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously

Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to be the main point of contact for our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and managing a portfolio of clients. You’ll be charged with driving design, development and launch deadlines, successfully training the client company, reporting and communicating with the client on a regular basis, and maintaining a high retention rate of your portfolio of accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as point of contact for each client
- Manage the long-term relationship with each client after onboarding
- Coordinate each phase of a successful and timely production
- Work with the design, content, social and paid ads team to create and implement projects
- Function as an agency expert and technical translation resource for clients
- Communicate client goals and brand internally to leverage strategy and campaign decisions
- Report and present results back to client


REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years prior agency or account management experience
  • Bachelor's in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations or related
  • Love building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Able to independently problem solve and identify when issues need to be escalated
