Digital Marketing Director

We are looking for a seasoned senior profession to lead and build marketing strategy for the entire client portfolio. This role is central to the marketing strategy team, including positioning and key objectives for industry, collections, and established or new companies.

All applicants must be able to work in the London office and have ongoing work authorization in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee strategic planning for developmental projects for clients and MRR Media Manage and develop the MRR Media organization
- Create, communicate, and package strategic briefs
- Pitch positioning/strategies to key internal stakeholders and Board members
- Initiate insights, package and present upcoming trends and marketplace needs to senior leadership
- Apply new technology, media, interactive research and emerging standards related to internet marketing and digital media
- Utilize & leverage departments and teams to execute marketing and advertising campaigns
- Develop and manage budgets and metrics, understand and implement coding schemes for the purpose of tracking
- Analyze website strategies and translating qualitative or anecdotal data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies
- Design, manage and implement internet marketing programs including paid search marketing, organic optimization, blog implementation and link-building

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other related areas
  • 6+ years prior experience in marketing management role
  • 2+ years prior experience in SEO, email marketing, and advertising

Social Media Analyst

We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns for our clients, using assigned strategies. These social media strategies will be published across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and forums.

All applicants must be able to work in the London office, this is not a remote position.

General Responsibilities:

- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content for multiple clients. Content may include original text, links, images, or video that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Follow and execute multiple clients’ social media strategy
- Create distribution plans for each piece of content based on client needs and objectives
- Analyze and compile data to create monthly social media reports for each client
- Take learnings from analytics and apply them to daily practice. Provide suggestions and insight into alternative tactics in order to nest optimizer client spend
- Collaborate with the team to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate action regarding social media
- Ensure that all communication with client and within team is effective and streamlined

Graphic Designer

You’ll work on a variety of digital design projects for a wide range of businesses. These design pieces will range from share-worthy social media images, visuals and illustrations to enhance the content published to our client’s blogs, eBook designs, advertisements, infographics, and a variety of other tasks that will test your creativity and ability to turn around high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities:

- Create original concepts based on client feedback and direction - Implement edits provided by client
- Take direction from account manager on client needs
- Communicate directly with clients on an as-needed basis
- Manage all project and provide updates when asked on each piece

  • Have 2+ years prior experience in a graphic design role
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related fields - Can present a portfolio that demonstrates a varied skillset
  • Proven abilities to work with Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity within a small team and takes initiative
  • Comfortable project managing and working independently to achieve main responsibilities

Account Manager

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and managing a portfolio of clients. You’ll be charged with driving design, development and launch deadlines, successfully training the client company, reporting and communicating with the client on a regular basis, and maintaining a high retention rate of your portfolio of accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as point of contact for each client
- Manage the long-term relationship with each client after onboarding
- Coordinate each phase of a successful and timely production
- Work with the design, content, social and paid ads team to create and implement projects
- Function as an agency expert and technical translation resource for clients
- Communicate client goals and brand internally to leverage strategy and campaign decisions
- Report and present results back to client

  • 4+ years prior agency or account management experience
  • Bachelor's in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations or related
  • Love building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Able to independently problem solve and identify when issues need to be escalated
